Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with existing customers, ensuring a proactive approach to retention, satisfaction, and success
- Provide tailored solutions to meet client needs, working collaboratively with internal teams to offer exceptional service
- Address concerns promptly, offering advice on platform usage, testing, and training
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize contract value
Skills & Qualifications
- 0 – 2 year(s) of experience in account management, sales, or customer success
- Native Dutch speaker & fluent in French, with excellent command of both
- Solution-oriented, with a proactive approach to customer engagement and problem-solving
