Product Manager

Cebir offers a cutting-edge psychometric testing platform that helps businesses evaluate and select the best talent. As we are expanding, we are looking to strengthen our product team with a passionate and talented Product Manager, whose contribution will be essential in driving Cebir’s growth and solidifying our position as a market leader.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive market and user research, along with trend analysis, to maintain product-market fit by continuously updating and expanding the product portfolio in alignment with evolving industry trends
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine and implement the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the customer needs, company’s strategic vision, and product requirements
Guide and mentor a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence

Skills & Qualifications

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a product management role, with a track record of translating strategic vision into actionable plans to successfully deliver ambitious products
Dutch native with good written and verbal communication skills in French and English. Fluency in all three languages is an advantage
A background in psychology is a plus
