Why do employers use tests?
For example, tests are useful for evaluating larger groups of candidates at the same time. After all, psychometric tests are objective and neutral: everyone gets the same test and therefore the same chance. Thanks to tests, employers can therefore focus more quickly on candidates with the right skills and abilities.
In addition, the employer can use psychometric tests to determine whether you fit the organization or position in terms of personality.
Honesty is the best policy
- Our tests contain measurements that allow us to see how honestly you have approached the test.
- Be yourself. If you pretend to be someone you are not on personality tests, this often leads to a strange and less positive personality image.
- As a check, you may be asked to take the same test again under supervision.
- When taking tests at home, do not use more aids than allowed. You will not make a good impression if later selection phases show that you perform less well than in the test you took at home.
