Starter training

The Starter Training will focus on using the Cebir tests and questionnaires. Our trainers will introduce you to the basics of psychometrics, which form the foundation for understanding and interpreting the various Cebir tests. We briefly touch on the Cebir test range and the various sources of information that can help you compile a test battery. Through practical interpretation exercises, we help you develop a critical stance and gain insight into the functioning of candidates and/​or employees.

Expert Training

The Expert Training will dive deeper into the use and interpretation of the Cebir questionnaires on personality, motivation and social skills. The emphasis is on integrating information from various questionnaires, tests and (non)-verbal information. This information forms the basis of a well-founded advice. This training is for professionals with field experience who frequently use our questionnaires. Given the dynamic and interactive nature of the training, it is desirable for participants to have completed the Starter Training.
