Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Belgium. We have spent many years developing a successful high-quality product. Our goal today is to increase awareness about our testing platform in Belgium and across borders. As Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing all aspects of the company’s digital marketing campaigns, with a particular focus on promoting our psychometric products and services.

How will you fill your day?

Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy.
Manage and optimise all digital marketing channels, including email, social media, website blog and display advertising.
Create and manage all marketing content across all digital channels.
Monitoring and analysing the various campaigns and following up the marketing strategy to achieve maximum ROI.
Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure digital marketing efforts are aligned with overall business goals and objectives.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to keep abreast of trends and best practices in our domain.

Who are you?

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or a related field.
Proven experience (> 3 years) in digital marketing.
Knowledge of English, Dutch and/or French is a must.
Knowledge of psychometric testing, recruitment or related industry is a plus.
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM software.
Demonstrated skill in analysing data and creating actionable insights.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
A solution-oriented and proactive attitude is a must.
Working autonomously does not deter you.
