About the role
You’ll play a key role in designing, refining, and evolving psychometric assessments that reflect the highest scientific and ethical standards. This role goes beyond creating tests — it’s about crafting innovative solutions to measure competencies and traits, ensuring fairness, and driving value for individuals and organizations. Collaboration with academic institutions and industry leaders will be central to your work, keeping our assessments at the forefront of the field.
What You’ll Do
Develop Next-Generation Psychometric Tests
- Translate key competencies and trends in the job market into measurable constructs
- Conceptualize innovative ways to assess these competencies, going beyond traditional approaches
- Design engaging and scientifically robust test items that truly capture the skills and traits you aim to measure
Ensure Scientific Excellence
- Conduct rigorous statistical analyses to validate and enhance the reliability and validity of assessments
- Regularly update norms and benchmarks to reflect changing demographics and contexts
Advance Research & Development
- Build partnerships with universities and external institutions to foster innovation
Make Our Tests Better for Everyone
- Use feedback from clients and test-takers to improve usability and accessibility
- Ensure that assessments are inclusive, fair, and accessible to all candidates, promoting equity at every stage
Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams
- Work closely with the development and product teams to implement psychometric solutions
- Share insights and translate complex findings into actionable improvements for the team
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, with a specialization in Psychometrics or a related field being a plus
- Senior-level experience in psychometric test development or a closely related field (5+ years preferred)
- Proficiency with statistical tools such as SPSS, R, or equivalent, and expertise in advanced data analysis
- Knowledge of Classical Test Theory, Item Response Theory, etc. is a plus
- A strong interest in research and a commitment to scientific rigor
- Native Dutch speaker fluent in English (French is a plus)
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- A passion for creating innovative and impactful solutions in psychological assessment
