Overview tests

How far does one’s professional knowledge extend

Besides asking what can someone do?” (e.g. attention span, social skills) and what is someone like?” (personality), you can also ask what does someone know?”. Professional knowledge can range from the use of specific computer programmes to practical knowledge of technology, food hygiene, accounting and safety. In each case, the report gives an indication of the level so that it can be determined to what extent candidates need further training to reach the desired level.
